All that is needed to use H2OSites.com is an Internet connection and Internet Explorer 5 or above. This will get you started on the basic features of the site. You'll be able to enter your site name, configure colors, link colors, as well as upload your company logo. You can actually build quite a complex site with our system, but it all depends on how much time you'd like to spend developing your H2OSites.com web site. Some knowledge of image editing/resizing could be helpful as you get into the more advanced features of the site. If you ever would like to add a custom web site solution, then please let us know!

Once you are using the tools on the site, there are instances where new browser windows will be needed in order to preview the site that you are building. This is done so that you can quickly preview your changes without losing your place in the admin control panel. Rest assured, these pop-ups are harmless, and are merely new browser windows that are opening in order to allow you to work more efficiently. Please configure your pop-up blockers to allow pop-ups from this site.

More information about joining WQA can be found here. Please note, WQA's web site (www.wqa.org) offers a feature called 'Find a Water Professional'. This search is available to the general public, and WQA Members have the opportunity to have their company web site listed in that search engine!

Yes, we encourage our members to first try out the site and the various features. Once you've built your H2OSites.com web site, then you can always register a domain name. There is a one-time set up fee of $25.00 to get your domain name set up, as well as to configure up to five accounts under your domain name. You can register your domain name at any Domain Name Registrar. They vary by price and service. H2OSites.com recommends BuyDomains.com, for their customer service, as well as their affordability. When you register a domain name, you will need to use the following DNS servers:
- NS1.QUIMBY4.COM
- NS2.QUIMBY4.COM
- NS3.QUIMBY4.COM
Once you have registered your domain name, send us an email customerservice@h2osites.com or give us a call at (630) 968-7424, and we will then get your domain name activated and configured to point to your H2Osites.com website. It's easy!
Please note: there is a one-time set up fee of $25.00 to get your domain name configured. This charge also includes up to five email accounts under your domain name!

H2Osites.com offers the web builder service as a monthly recurring charge. You may cancel your account at any time, without penalty. Billing occurs every 30 days from the day of your join date. Once your billing date has passed, you will need to wait until your next cycle to cancel your account. You may always inactivate your H2Osites.com account via your Control Panel. There are no HTML files or images to download once you cancel your account, as the entire application is database-driven.
